The following are the available options for our Premium Electric Conversions. Please Contact Us if there are any features you desire that are not enumerated below. If you have any questions about your build, please give us a call or send a message and we’d be happy to recommend a powertrain for your specific vehicle. We have a software simulator we developed that can estimate range, acceleration, and top speed for a given vehicle and powertrain setup.

Brakes, Steering, and Suspension

  • Full brake system flush and inspection

Restoration

We partner with only the best paint and upholstery shops to restore your car. Due to the huge range of complexity involved in restoring a vehicle, it is impossible to list prices generally.Please reach out and we’ll give you an idea of costs for restoring your car. Please note that restoration costs are not included in our standard package.

Motor

Our motor systems are simply the highest performance and quality on the market. All drive units are sourced from Tesla Model S or Model X vehicles and refurbished and controlled by 057 Technology. See our warranty information on the electric conversions page. Keep in mind that motors have minimum voltage requirements and to achieve the power ratings listed below, a minimum number of battery modules is required. Ultimately, max power is dictated by the peak output of the battery system. Contact us for more information on pairing a motor with the correct battery system.

Battery

We specialize in integrating and interfacing with Tesla Model S/X battery modules, as they have the highest energy-weight ratio of any affordable battery system. We have worked closely with Prism Motors to develop a drop-in battery management system (BMS) that works directly with Tesla modules. These batteries offer excellent range, longevity, and safety, however in smaller vehicles it may be impossible to package enough modules to obtain required voltages for our motor systems. In such situations, we may advise the use of Chevy Volt modules. These provide an excellent power-weight ratio, meaning we can obtain operating voltages in a smaller battery size, with less range.

Charging

We include a standard Level-2 J1772 charge port in all our vehicles. The following upgrades are available in addition to the standard charger. Vehicles equipped with DC Fast Charging will retain the Level 2 equipment as well.

User Interface

User displays and controls are one of the most customized aspects of your build. Depending on the car and your preferences, we can install a full suite of color displays or retro-style analog dials and switchgear. As always, contact us for ideas of what’s possible. We do software and circuit design in-house, so chances are we can find a way to build your vision.
